Job summary

Monks is seeking a detail-oriented QA professional to ensure visual quality and audio-visual sync for AI-generated social videos. You will collaborate with design, content and development teams to validate assets before release, focusing on pacing, timing and on-brand execution.

You will own QA across projects, provide actionable feedback, document findings in Jira, and drive improvements in production workflows within a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on QA experience managing digital assets at scale with a strong emphasis on video production.
• A sharp eye for video pacing, motion, audio-visual sync, and visual design including layout and composition.
• Experience using native video review and editing tools such as Frame.io, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and proficiency in Figma for static design reviews.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a dedicated project team for one of our biggest clients, focusing heavily on social media content.
• Take full QA ownership and formulate baseline testing strategies, communicating effectively with Monks colleagues.
• Review and QA AI-generated videos, animations, edits, and static designs for visual consistency and branding alignment.
