EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an AI leader to build and run an AI Center of Excellence, setting strategy, standards, and governance for responsible AI adoption. You will align stakeholders across business, technology, and compliance while enabling secure, compliant AI platforms and measurable outcomes.

The role requires guiding executive leadership on AI trends, risks, and opportunities and driving adoption of enterprise AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio, and Claude.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading AI technology management initiatives across teams.
• Strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making.
• Proven project delivery experience defining roadmaps, operating models, and success metrics.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio, and Anthropic Claude.

Responsabilités

• Define the enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, and COE operating model.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders to align AI standards, best practices, and success measures.
• Advise executive leadership on AI trends, risks, opportunities, and adoption paths.
• Establish AI technology standards for development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Design governance frameworks for token management, access provisioning, policy enforcement, and guardrails.
• Oversee evaluation and approval of AI tools, models, and services for policy alignment.
• Drive adoption of enterprise AI platforms focusing on AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio, and Claude.
