EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Chief Agentic AI Engineer to architect, deliver, and operate autonomous agent systems at scale with production-grade reliability.

You will shape end-to-end agentic workflows across runtime, memory, identity, tools, and observability while elevating evaluation, tracing, and guardrails. You will lead architecture for deployment, guide adoption of AWS Bedrock AgentCore and Strands SDK, and design memory-management and MCP server integrations that support multi-step

Formación

• 7+ years of production software experience.
• 2+ years shipping LLM-based agents to production.
• Proficient in Python with hands-on use of an agentic framework.
• Knowledge of AWS Bedrock AgentCore primitives and related tools.
• Deep understanding of MCP, memory architectures, tool use, and agent evaluation.
• Strong production design skills including observability, guardrails, retries, and security boundaries.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Define architecture for building, deploying, and operating autonomous agents.
• Champion adoption of AWS Bedrock AgentCore and Strands Agents SDK across deployments.
• Architect long-term memory and context-management systems for multi-step engagements.
• Create and maintain MCP servers and tool integrations.
• Optimize reliability, cost, latency of agent reasoning, and establish evals, tracing, guardrails.
