You will lead teams, manage accounts, mentor staff, and ensure project success while maintaining high standards of quality and integrity across advisory, assurance, tax and business services.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6–8 years organizational change management or workforce transformation consulting
• Direct M365 Copilot deployment experience through the full adoption lifecycle
• Hands-on Copilot Studio program experience: agent design patterns, connector governance, DLP/Purview controls, citizen developer enablement
• Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent OCM methodology grounding
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

Responsabilidades

• Leading the Azure AI solutions development to enhance productivity and client engagement
• Managing software engineering projects with a focus on application development and testing
• Overseeing integration of enterprise applications and architecture to support process improvements
• Conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards to validate software quality
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff to foster professional growth and development
• Promoting innovation and embracing change within software engineering teams
• Troubleshooting and debugging software issues to maintain system performance
• Engaging in strategic planning and execution to drive project outcomes
• Building relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization
