PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an AI Developer - Senior Associate to join a cross-functional advisory team. You will analyze client needs and implement data-driven applications to improve operational efficiency, collaborating with advisory, assurance, tax, and business services professionals.

You will build client connections, mentor teammates, and navigate ambiguity while delivering quality solutions.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in AI development or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

As an AI Developer - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency through the analysis, implementation, and support of business applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your skills to provide consulting services that enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is not clear.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
