TripleTen is seeking experienced AI Automation professionals to mentor and guide students on their path to becoming professional developers. This full-time teaching role requires about 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling while supporting learners throughout their journey.

You will host 1:1 sessions, live Q&A, webinars, review projects, and share industry best practices. Remote collaboration with a diverse team across the U.S. and Latin America is part of the role.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience identifying opportunities for automation and designing solutions to optimize business processes—ideally within the marketing, tech, or customer success.
• Solid understanding of business process improvement with AI and automation to streamline workflows.
• Comfortable providing constructive and actionable feedback to junior professionals or students.
• Ideally experienced in presentation coaching, mentoring, or guiding others in their professional development.
• Clear and confident communicator who can explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging way.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor students through 1:1 video calls, addressing a wide range of questions and clarifying complex concepts.
• Support students in live Q&A sessions where they can walk in with immediate questions.
• Host webinars and group educational events covering program content and industry knowledge.
• Review and assess student projects aligned with program standards, providing clear feedback.
• Engage with students on the TripleTen Hub, offering written guidance and ongoing communication.
• Share professional expertise and best industry practices to equip students with relevant insights.
• Create educational resources within the TripleTen Hub to enhance learning.
• Foster a collaborative learning community and cultivate a network of knowledge and support.
• Host Mock Technical Interviews providing constructive feedback on technical responses and interview skills.
