Alignerr is seeking a Software Engineer (AI Training) for a fully remote hourly contract. You will write, review, and refine AI-generated code, providing expert feedback to improve the reliability and safety of AI coding assistants.

This is hands-on software engineering at the frontier of AI development, with flexible hours and asynchronous collaboration. Responsibilities include crafting prompts, debugging, and evaluating solutions across languages.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages and software design principles.
• Strong problem solving and debugging abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide detailed feedback explaining code decisions.
• Design coding prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions by engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your schedule.
