TripleTen seeks QA Engineering Tutors to guide learners through our QA bootcamp. This full-time, hybrid role blends live teaching with hands-on project evaluation to drive student success across the program.

You will deliver high-density live sessions (Webinars and 1:1s), review asynchronous projects, and lead Co-Learning blocks. You’ll mentor students in testing theory, automation with Selenium and Python, API testing with Postman/SoapUI, and basic SQL, in both English and Spanish.

Formación

• 3+ years of work experience in QA (automation, mobile experience is an advantage).
• Experience in automation of testing: Selenium + Python.
• You know how to work with the command line, browser DevTools, Charles/Fiddler sniffers, API testing tools: SoapUI, Postman.
• Familiar with the theory of testing and test design and have basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, system architecture.
• Familiar with basics of SQL.
• Proficient English and Spanish languages.
• Full-time availability.

We’re looking for QA Engineering Tutors with hands‑on experience and a calling to guide those who are learning to test.

This role requires solid knowledge in testing, clear communication and empathy to support and motivate students throughout their learning process.

What you will do:

The QA Instructional Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role combining live teaching with technical project evaluation. You will drive student success across the QA bootcamp by delivering high-density live sessions (Webinars and 1:1s) using a centralized, level-based model, while managing asynchronous project reviews and live Co‑Learning blocks.

Requirements:

For the QA program, we are looking for an experienced QA‑engineer who has:

• 3+ years of work experience in QA (automation, mobile experience is an advantage).
• Experience in automation of testing: Selenium + Python.
• You know how to work with the command line, browser DevTools, Charles/Fiddler sniffers, API testing tools: SoapUI, Postman.
• Familiar with the theory of testing and test design and have basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, system architecture.
• Familiar with basics of SQL.
• Proficient English and Spanish languages.
• Full‑time availability.

Nice to have:

• Background as a Senior QA and experience as a hiring manager.
• Your own experience as a student online, and the desire to help create the best place in the world to study QA.
