Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Mexico is seeking an Expert – Business Intelligence Architect / Executive Analytics to own and lead executive-facing analytics. The role focuses on designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Power BI dashboards for weekly reviews and leadership forums with autonomy and high data accuracy.
You will drive AI-enabled analytics adoption, mentor BI developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Hybrid Cloud, Sales, and Finance.
This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Defines, manages, and evaluates business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives. Leads and partners with cross-functional teams to develop short-term (typically less than two years) business plans and supporting data-driven models. Prepares comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessment, and process accountabilities. Ensures that business activities are aligned with stated plans among different stakeholders. Sets business metrics, evaluates actual performance, and makes recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement. Develops data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value.
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.
As an Expert – Business Intelligence Architect / Executive Analytics, you will act as the technical owner and architect for executive‑facing analytics solutions supporting Hybrid Cloud leadership and partner organizations (Sales, GTM, Finance).
This role is critical to executive decision‑making. You will independently design, maintain, and troubleshoot complex Power BI dashboards used in weekly operating reviews and high‑visibility leadership forums. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, frequently under time pressure and ambiguity, where data accuracy, clarity, and timeliness are essential.
In addition to technical ownership, this role serves as a technical leader for AI‑enabled analytics, driving practical adoption of Copilot and AI agents in production BI solutions, while mentoring and uplifting other BI developers.
The analytics owned by this role directly influence senior leadership decisions across Hybrid Cloud, Sales/GTM, and Finance. Accuracy, timeliness, and reliability are essential, as delays or errors can materially impact executive decision‑making.
By providing expert‑level ownership, this role improves responsiveness during executive business hours, reduces operational risk, and ensures continuity of high-quality executive analytics.
