Job summary

PwC México's Acceleration Center is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional delivery across Assurance, Tax, Advisory and Business Services within a dynamic, globally connected team. You will guide agile delivery, coach colleagues, and ensure quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams.

You will bring 4–5 years of leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication skills to drive end‑to‑end software development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4–5 years of experience leading teams.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Experience delivering end-to-end software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology project management workstreams supporting assurance services.
• Coach team members on agile practices and issue resolution techniques.
• Facilitate sprint planning, sprint reviews, and backlog prioritization.
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and change control across multiple initiatives.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client expectations and firm methodology.
• Identify process improvements and streamline project execution across teams.
• Apply digital tooling, agile management methods, and release management practices to support technology implementations.
• Build stakeholder relationships and communicate status, risks, and delivery impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support performance development through feedback, mentoring, and thoughtful review of team work.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen agile team dynamics and improve delivery of technology initiatives.
