You will mentor junior staff, review code for quality, and collaborate with architects to evolve the BIA framework and related tools. Fluent English is required for international teamwork.

The role emphasizes design, testing, and maintenance across the full software lifecycle in a permanent, on-site capacity at our Chihuahua site.

Formación

• 8+ years in software development or technical leadership.
• Experience with the BIA framework is a plus.
• English proficiency for international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the development, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
• Mentor developers, review code, and promote best practices.
• Participate in requirements analysis with business and project teams.
• Provide technical documentation and ensure information integrity.
• Collaborate with software architects and evolve tooling and frameworks.
