Qualcomm Intl Inc., Mexico Branch Office is seeking a software developer to build full-stack applications in observability and AI-driven operations. You will use Golang, Python, and Java to create robust solutions and contribute to agentic AI workflows leveraging LLMs to automate incident response and SRE tasks.

You will collaborate with global teams, onboard instrumentation, and adopt OpenTelemetry to modernize telemetry pipelines, while supporting monitoring platforms and on-call

Formación

• BS degree in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Golang, Python, and Java.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flask.
• SRE practices including monitoring, alerting, and telemetry optimization.
• Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Nginx.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong problem solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python, Golang, and Java.
• Design, build, and iterate on agentic AI workflows powered by LLMs (RAG, tool-use, chain-of-thought).
• Contribute to scaling Qualcomm's agentic SRE platform and integrate observability data with AI decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
• Drive the adoption of OpenTelemetry for standardized telemetry collection.
• Maintain code quality and enable on-call support for production issues.
