Qualcomm Intl Inc., Mexico Branch Office is seeking a software developer to build and maintain full-stack applications in observability and AI-driven operations. You will work with Python, Golang, and Java to deliver scalable solutions and agentic AI workflows.

You\'ll collaborate across teams, implement OpenTelemetry, support SRE practices, and stay current with AI/ML trends. This role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and the ability to work with global teams across time zones.

Formación

• BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in large business environments.
• Proficiency in Golang, Python, and Java.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python, Golang, and Java.
• Design, build, and iterate on agentic AI workflows powered by LLMs, including RAG and chain-of-thought reasoning for SRE automation.
• Contribute to the development and scaling of Qualcomm's agentic SRE platform, integrating observability data with AI-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Drive the evaluation and implementation of OpenTelemetry (OTEL) for standardized telemetry collection.
• Maintain code quality and organization through best practices and code reviews.
• Address production issues and provide Tier 3 on-call support.
• Support internal stakeholders with their observability platform needs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends in AI/ML, LLM frameworks, agentic architectures, and observability technologies.
