McKinsey is seeking a highly capable software engineer for its QuantumBlack team in Monterrey, Mexico. You will develop full-stack products and mentor client teams on engineering best practices, user-centric design, and Agile values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MSc in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience developing full-stack applications.
• Collaborative with developers and non-technical teammates.
• Hands-on experience across frontend (TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind) and backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET) with databases.
• Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, MCPs, evaluation frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), including Docker and CI/CD.
• Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and reliability.
• Experience in Agile teams and sprint ceremonies.
• Experience in pair programming with other developers.
