TikTok is seeking Agency Solutions Managers to support Holdco agency partners from the Mexico City office. The role requires extensive experience in digital advertising and the ability to drive operational excellence and commercial growth across agency dynamics.

You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, and support to lead end-to-end client engagements, from troubleshooting and campaign activation to education and strategic upselling.

Formación

• Minimum qualifications include experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles.
• Agency experience or similar role is required.
• Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
• Experience analyzing data to assess performance drivers and enablement recommendations.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills with credibility across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage relationships with programmatic trading desk managers across organizational levels.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and drive revenue opportunities within strategic Holdco agencies to expand the business portfolio.
• Provide consultative support and elevate trader proficiency with strategic media solutions and training sessions.
• Deliver strategic insights and upsell by analyzing platform data and recommending premium ad formats.
• Lead technical troubleshooting as the primary liaison for campaign delivery and moderation issues.
• Drive product adoption by coordinating cross-functional initiatives for new features and API integrations.
• Streamline campaign activation to minimize setup friction for new advertisers.
• Ensure customer success with agile, on-demand support and updates on platform developments.
