Hard Rock Bet Mexico is seeking an Affiliate Manager to lead and grow the affiliate program in Mexico City. You will serve as the main contact for partners, build relationships, and drive customer acquisition through performance marketing.

You will analyze KPIs, negotiate terms, and coordinate with CRM, media, product, and compliance teams to deliver measurable growth. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and prior iGaming experience is a plus.

Formación

• 2-3 years of affiliate marketing experience in online gaming or sports betting.
• Proven ability to grow partner networks and drive acquisition.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with data-driven optimization.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow the Hard Rock Bet Mexico affiliate program, serving as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners.
• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing affiliates while proactively recruiting new partners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, commission structures, and partnership terms to maximize acquisition and revenue performance.
• Monitor affiliate budgets, forecasts, and channel performance against key business objectives.
• Analyze and report on affiliate KPIs including NDCs, CPA, ROAS, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
• Identify optimization opportunities through performance analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Collaborate with CRM, media, product, analytics, legal, compliance, and creative teams to execute successful affiliate campaigns.
• Ensure affiliate tracking, attribution, and reporting systems are accurate and functioning effectively.
• Develop localized marketing materials and promotional initiatives tailored to the Mexican market.
• Identify and onboard new affiliate opportunities, including influencers, content partners, comparison sites, and emerging traffic sources.
• Represent Hard Rock Bet at industry events and conferences to strengthen partnerships and stay informed on market trends.
