OnHires is looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to support affiliate marketing activities focused on LATAM markets, including Mexico. This role involves building and managing affiliate partnerships, negotiating deals, and optimizing campaigns for growth.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years in Affiliate Management, a portfolio of active affiliates, and strong communication skills in English. You will work in a fast-paced, remote environment with competitive salary and 21 days annual leave provided.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Management, ideally in LATAM.
• Proven experience with LATAM markets and existing affiliate portfolio.
• Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs and performance models.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and manage affiliates across LATAM markets.
• Develop long-term relationships with affiliates.
• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
