Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a Talent Advisor to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent. The role emphasizes candidate experience, compliance, and strategic engagement within a fast-paced aerospace setting.

You will build relationships with universities and networks, screen applicants for technical aptitude, and ensure timely hiring decisions while communicating fluently in English.

Formación

• University degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant recruitment/HR experience.
• Experience managing recruiting or HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, LinkedIn Recruiter, Smart Recruiters).
• Fluent in English and able to communicate professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Develop relationships with universities, technical organizations and referral networks.
• Review resumes and short-list candidates for hiring managers.
• Conduct interviews to assess technical competence, background, and fit.
• Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and establish cadence with managers to fill positions.
