GKN Aerospace seeks a Shop Floor Scheduler to manage sequencing of production orders, ensuring resources are available and aligned with the MPS. The role involves maintaining visual systems to track production flow and dates.

You will monitor daily performance against plan, analyze deviations, and adjust sequences to optimize throughput. A Bachelor’s in Engineering or Administration and ERP/MRP proficiency are required.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar scheduling role.
• Understand ERP/MRP environment including productive and nonproductive parts.
• Experience with shortages analysis.
• Monitor inventory levels regularly.
• Excel level Medium/High for reports and front-end production pages.

Responsabilidades

• Sequence work orders based on high MPS demand for specific products and lines.
• Monitor daily performance against schedule and investigate deviations.
• Track stock coverage daily and adjust run sequences to avoid stockouts or overstocks.
• Maximize utilization of shared manufacturing resources while aligning with product mix and dates.
