Airbus Helicopters Mexico Querétaro seeks an Assembly Supervisor to lead and optimize assembly of programmed doors at AHMQ, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives. You will drive continuous improvement and support deployment of lean practices across production lines.

The role requires 2–4 years of leadership in assembly production, knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, and SAP proficiency, with a background in engineering.
