Suntory Global Spirits in Mexico is seeking a Junior Customer Center Clerk to record all visitor center sales, handle cash, request invoices, and provide general customer service.

You will manage inventory, organize store displays and stock rooms, coordinate orders, supervise souvenirs, and research suppliers for new merchandise at the Sauza store.

Responsabilidades

• Record all visitor center sales in the system, including tequila, souvenirs, tours, and events.
• Cash handling and cash desk closing.
• Make invoice requests.
• Customer service in general.
• Performs product inventory.
• Guarantee the organization, cleaning, and presentation of store displays.
• Organize tequila and souvenir warehouses.
• Manage the control of orders and stocks.
• Research suppliers with new market trends for souvenir items.
• Manage reservations.
• Answer telephone lines.
