Willis Towers Watson in Mexico City is seeking an actuarial analyst to collaborate on North and Latin America projects. You will assist with reserving, data analysis, and regulatory reporting while learning pricing techniques and financial modeling under supervision.

The role emphasizes English communication, Excel proficiency, and programming in SQL/VBA/R/Python, with growing exposure to product development and market strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or Mathematics.
• 1 year of experience in insurance or data consulting (desirable).
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Programming skills in SQL, VBA, R, Python.
• Well organized, proactive and eager to learn, with resilience.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with reserving calculations for life and non-life products.
• Support statistical research and data analysis, including data collection and cleaning.
• Identify trends under guidance of senior team members.
• Contribute to analytics and market strategies through data prep and research.
• Learn product development and pricing techniques using various software tools.
• Support life insurance financial modeling: run models, update inputs, test, review results.
• Assist in preparing recurrent regulatory reports (Statutory, US GAAP, IFRS and SII).
