WTW in Mexico City is seeking an entry-level Actuarial Analyst to collaborate with North America and Latin America colleagues on a variety of actuarial and analytical projects.

You will assist with reserving calculations for life and non-life products, support data collection and cleaning, perform exploratory analyses, help identify trends, and contribute to analytics development using Excel and programming tools such as SQL, VBA, Python or R.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Actuarial Science or Mathematics.
• 1 year of experience in Insurance or Data Consulting (desirable).
• Strong written and verbal English skills; ability to interact professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tools.
• Programming skills in SQL, VBA, R or Python are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with reserving calculations for life and non-life products.
• Supporting data collection and cleaning; performing exploratory data analysis.
• Identifying trends and patterns under senior guidance.
• Contributing to analytics development through data preparation and research.
• Learning product development and pricing techniques using various software tools.
• Supporting life insurance financial modeling: run models, update data, test and review results.
• Assisting in preparation of recurrent regulatory reports (Statutory, US GAAP, IFRS, SII).
