We are looking to hire a Activation Go-to-Market Manager, AI Business Solutions to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team. This role is essential in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy into a local execution plan within the LATAM region and driving operational excellence to maximize results for our AI Business Solution Go-to-Market Team. You will drive insights, execution excellence, and bring strategy to life by accelerating transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.

As the Activation GTM manager for AI Business Solutions, you will accelerate revenue growth, increase field agility, and deliver results by partnering with key stakeholders across LATAM, Sales, Marketing, and Partner functions, supporting One-Microsoft. Your focus will include driving process and tool alignment, leading with a solution area approach to optimize pipelines, ensuring effective communication, flawless execution, and leveraging data insights for decision-making. This role is critical for driving customer adoption at scale through deep solution expertise, product knowledge, and partnerships with sales, marketing, operations, and sales excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Solution Play GTM Managers and Areas to drive GTM for aligned Solution Plays, identify growth opportunities, and build clear execution plans. Influence and coach field teams, sales operations, marketing, and change management to translate strategic priorities into local actions. Collaborate across Microsoft teams to incorporate field insights into strategy and programs.
  • Lead Sales Activation by championing solution plays, signals like Highly Engaged and SPA, and activating connected sales and marketing in all segments to maximize performance. Partner with Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) for local partner-led marketing and demand generation strategies.
  • Partner with sales to ensure field enablement and serve as an orchestrator between the business and subsidiaries to develop and implement sales programs. Collaborate with Finance and Product Marketing teams to align on business results.
  • Advocate for Customers, Partners, and Field teams by providing thought leadership on the competitive landscape, solution gaps, and sales trends to improve GTM plans.
  • Build organizational capability to generate insights, learnings, and identify blockers. Drive standardized rhythms and tools that increase customer and partner engagement, and optimize resource investments through data analysis.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales or GTM roles with Small and Medium Business, including creating and executing strategic plans, sales enablement, marketing, partner programs, product marketing, or related areas.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • 12+ years in relevant fields.
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Proficient in business acumen, financials, sales processes, and KPIs.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across large matrix organizations and influencing executives.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Modern Work technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams).
  • At least 5 years of experience with Business Applications (e.g., Power Platform, D365 Sales, D365 Customer Service, D365 F&O).
