STAND 8 is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure timely invoicing, payment recording, collections, and client communications. You will manage invoices in Quickbooks Online, record payments, handle remittances with lenders, and support payroll setup with ADP WorkforceNow.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in accounting/finance with 2–4 years of bookkeeping experience, strong knowledge of U.S. accounting principles, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, preferred.
• 2-4 years bookkeeping experience.
• Working knowledge of Quickbooks Online, ADP WorkforceNow, and Bullhorn, preferred.
• Previous experience working for a U.S.-based company.
• Strong understanding of Basic U.S. Accounting Principles.
• Experience working in an Accounting/Finance department.
• Must be able to interact with clients in a professional manner.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong administrative skills with significant attention to detail.
• Ability to perform mathematical and data processing tasks rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to exercise professional judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Must be flexible and willing to learn and adapt to an ever-changing environment.

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring key accounting functions are completed in a timely manner and providing top-notch customer service to our contractors and vendors. This position places a strong emphasis on the successful execution of established accounting processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
