Job summary

Panduit is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor in Guadalajara to lead the operational accounting team and ensure timely month-end closes. You’ll supervise, coach, and align processes with client objectives, SLAs, and internal controls, delivering accurate financial results.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with 3–5 years in accounting operations and advanced English. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting operations including supervision.
• Advanced English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and coordinate the activities of the operational accounting team, including Accounting, Cash Application, Ship & Debit, Credit Administration, or Accounts Payable functions.
• Ensure team performance aligns with client objectives, service level agreements, and company policies and procedures.
• Monitor daily operations and provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to drive efficiency and service excellence.
• Ensure month-end close activities are completed accurately and within established timelines in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance productivity, accuracy, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to resolve operational issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
