Sanmina Corporation in Mexico is seeking an Accounting Support professional to handle Accounts Payable activities, invoice processing in Oracle, and supplier communications. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and solid English for business discussions.

The ideal candidate will be organized, capable of working under pressure, and committed to accurate, timely reconciliation and issue resolution within the Finance team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience in Accounts Payable.
• Analytical with high integrity and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Dynamic, organized, customer service oriented, team player and able to work under pressure.
• Accounts Payable (A/P) activities.
• Customer service for internal and external clients; suppliers and Sanmina employees.
• Reconciliation of payments, balances on POs, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Process invoices in Oracle (key them in).
• Analysis and resolution of billing discrepancies.
• Follow up on bill payments according to terms with suppliers.
• Maintain confidentiality of AP information.
• Communicate with colleagues abroad in English for business conversations.
• Freight invoices processing knowledge is a plus.
