Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is recruiting for an Accounts Payable professional to support day-to-day end-to-end processes, invoice processing, and payment execution in a multinational environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, SAP FI/AP knowledge, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and drive process improvements. You will contribute to timely financial close and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• 2–5 years in Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/AP processes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in transactional work.
• Excellent communication and service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day AP end-to-end processes including invoice processing and payment execution.
• Perform supplier account reconciliations and analyze discrepancies.
• Follow up on overdue items and ensure timely resolution.
• Review and validate payment proposals per internal controls and policies.
• Manage AP inquiries, including mailbox administration and ticket handling.
• Act as a customer service interface with internal stakeholders and vendors on payment topics.
• Drive root cause analysis and preventive actions for issues.
• Monitor AP KPIs and identify trends/improvement opportunities.
• Execute month-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting support.
• Support internal and external audit activities, ensuring compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable end-to-end process, including invoice processing and payment execution.
• Perform supplier account reconciliations and analyze discrepancies.
• Follow up on overdue items and ensure timely resolution.
• Review and validate payment proposals in line with internal controls and policies.
• Manage AP inquiries, including mailbox administration and ticket handling.
• Act as a customer service interface, maintaining regular contact with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding payment-related topics.
• Drive issue resolution with internal clients and suppliers, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Monitor and follow up on AP KPIs, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Execute month-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting support.
• Support internal and external audit activities, ensuring compliance with policies and documentation requirements.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role, preferably in a Shared Services or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge ofSAP (FI / AP-related processes).
• Highattention to detail and accuracy in transactional work.
• Strongproblem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and listening skills, with a service-oriented mindset
