Jabil in Mexico is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support the AP department with standardized accounting tasks and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Your responsibilities include matching invoices to POs, coding, data entry, and resolving invoice issues while adhering to safety and company policies. This role requires basic accounting knowledge and one year of experience.

Formación

• Ability to present information clearly to managers and stakeholders.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• Proficient with Windows OS and business software.
• Strong numerical and data-entry skills.
• Ability to follow standard procedures with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices and purchase orders.
• Match shippers with invoices and coding.
• Enter invoices into tracking system and schedule payments.
• Process checks to pay expenses.
• Match invoices to receiving and purchasing documents.
• Troubleshoot invoice discrepancies (quantity/price).
• Assign accounting numbers to invoices.
• Research invoice data as required.
• Respond to vendor inquiries on AP status.
• Review credit memos.
