Jabil in Mexico is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to assist the Accounts Payable Department with standardized accounting procedures. You will process vendor invoices and purchase orders, code invoices, schedule payments, and respond to vendor inquiries while complying with safety and company policies.

• One year of experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training or experience.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices and purchase orders.
• Match invoices with receiving and purchasing documents.
• Code and enter invoices into tracking system and schedule payments.
• Process checks to pay expenses.
• Respond to vendor inquiries on accounts payable status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety rules.
