Vertiv is seeking an AP Supervisor in Reynosa to lead the AP team, ensuring timely, accurate processing of invoices, payments, and documentation in line with US GAAP and SOX. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee audits, and collaborate with the AP Manager to optimize P2P processes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP experience, and bilingual communication in English and Spanish. The team emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3–5 years of AP experience with supervision.
• Experience with Oracle ERP; DataServ a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with Power BI, automation tools and AI-assisted solutions is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee compliance of plant Accounts Payable processes with policies and controls.
• Review invoices for accuracy against PO, receipts, and contracts.
• Address complex AP issues including mismatches and billing errors.
• Supervise AP team with direction and clarity in daily tasks.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive corrective actions and improvements.
