Ingredion Incorporated is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst in SSC Guadalajara, Mexico. The role processes accounts payable records for domestic and imported purchases, freight, and expenses, ensuring proper authorizations and tax compliance, and handling vendor inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least one year in AP, and experience with SAP, CONCUR, or ESKER. English skills are mandatory; Portuguese are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 1 year of experience in general accounting or accounts payable.
• Written and verbal English communication skills.
• Portuguese written and verbal communication skills desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Process records related to accounts payable of domestic and imported purchases, freights, customs expenses, T&E expenses per company procedures.
• Verify during the payment process the existence of authorizations according to internal procedures and the company’s control.
• Verify that all the invoices comply with tax requirements.
• Timely process for supplier payments in accordance with the internal calendar.
• Vendor payment processing utilizing various methods; disbursements, checks and factoring.
• Answers all vendor or internal customers inquiries accurately and on time.
• Participate in accounting closing or special projects as required by the AP Leader.
• Support AP Leader with audit requests.
