• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years in accounting, financial reporting, audit, shared services, or similar finance roles.
• Understanding of general accounting principles, financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Calculate, post, and verify accounting transactions per policies and standards.
• Perform reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and support balance sheet and P&L reviews.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including reporting and journal entries.
• Prepare accounting schedules, management reports, and documentation for internal/external reporting.
• Collaborate with finance partners to improve processes, support audits, and drive continuous improvement.
