Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant in Puebla, Mexico. You will prepare and evaluate local financial statements, support IFRS Group reporting, and ensure compliance with corporate accounting guidelines. You will analyze accounting data and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.

The role requires vocational training in accounting or taxation and 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, with graduate degrees in accounting or taxation being advantageous.

Descripción del empleo

• Prepare and decide on evaluation of assets and liabilities for an assigned organizational unit
• Execute non-routine accounting activities
• Analyze, prepare, evaluate, and regularly report financial statements to accountable management
• Utilize corporate accounting guidelines and procedures
• Propose and implement local accounting-related guidelines and procedures
• Prepare local financial statements and IFRS Group reporting package
• Support Finance/Accounting Management in analyzing accounting data
• Consult with Managers on subject matter queries

Requirements

• Vocationally trained in Accounting, Taxation
• 5 to 10 years of experience
• OR Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Taxation
• 5 to 10 years of experience
• Knowledge of accounting-related corporate guidelines and procedures
• Ability to prepare local financial statements and IFRS Group reporting package
