Jobtailor in Mexico is seeking a senior finance leader to guide cross-functional teams, influence strategic decisions, and deliver rigorous financial analysis and forecasting.

The successful candidate will oversee GAAP compliance, P&L management, SAP deployments, and finance transformation initiatives while mentoring others. This role requires strong stakeholder management and strategic execution across regional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Experience working with complex businesses, multiple stakeholders, and ambiguity.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and modeling.
• Deep understanding of GAAP, financial statements, internal controls, and P&L management.
• Experience with SAP applications and KPIs.
• Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong results orientation with the ability to prioritize and execute.
• High learning agility and comfort navigating change.
• Digital fluency and curiosity about new tools and approaches.
• Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and modeling
