Jobtailor seeks an experienced finance leader to drive the FP&A agenda and oversee a small team in Mexico. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for multiple business units, ensuring GAAP compliance and strategic alignment with corporate goals.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape financial strategy, optimize capital deployment, and deliver actionable insights. A strong background in accounting, modeling, and stakeholder management is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or commensurate experience.
• Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8–10 years of management experience in financial management or related fields.
• Knowledge of accounting, auditing, corporate finance, data analysis, GAAP, KPIs, P&L management, and controls.
• Certifications in FP&A or CMA are preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 4/5 individual contributors supporting ACS and Collaboration Solutions.
• Manage spend for two business units and prepare spend flashes.
• Ensure month-end and quarter-end entries are recorded accurately.
• Prepare spend budgets for two GBUs and horizontal spend.
• Advise senior management on organizational policies and long-term goals.
• Analyze monthly financial and operating results, explain variances, identify improvements, and recommend opportunities.
• Support capital strategies to maximize ROI.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Oversee review of financial-process controls for compliance.
• Review and approve purchase orders for relevant units.
• Create annual financial operating plans aligned with strategic plans.
• Forecast business results and build/maintain financial models.
• Partner with leadership to align business and finance strategy for sustainable growth.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, performance management, and development.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field
• Knowledge of accounting, auditing, automation, corporate finance, data analysis, economics, finance, financial analysis, financial modeling, financial planning, financial services, financial statements, GAAP, internal controls, investments, KPIs, process improvement, P&L management, SAP Applications, and variance analysis
• Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional (FP&A) preferred
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred
• Team management, strategic thinking, prioritization, resilience, and customer centricity
