- Manage a team of 4/5 individual contributors supporting ACS and Collaboration Solutions
- Manage spend for the two business units and prepare/manage spend flashes
- Ensure month-end and quarter-end entries are recorded accurately
- Prepare spend budgets for the two GBUs and horizontal spend
- Advise senior management on organizational policies and long-term goals
- Analyze monthly financial and operating results, explain variances, identify improvements, and recommend opportunities
- Support capital strategies to maximize return on investment
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
- Oversee review and analysis of financial-process controls for compliance
- Review and approve purchase orders for the relevant business units
- Create annual financial operating plans aligned with strategic plans
- Forecast business results and build, review, and maintain financial models
- Partner with leadership to align business and finance strategy for sustainable, profitable growth
- Apply subject-matter expertise, drive change initiatives, and monitor performance goals
- Drive talent management, selection, succession planning, performance management, compensation management, employee development, coaching, and operational management
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field
- Knowledge of accounting, auditing, automation, corporate finance, data analysis, economics, finance, financial analysis, financial modeling, financial planning, financial services, financial statements, GAAP, internal controls, investments, KPIs, process improvement, P&L management, SAP Applications, and variance analysis
- Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional (FP&A) preferred
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred
- Team management, strategic thinking, prioritization, resilience, and customer centricity
