JT International S.A. in Mexico is seeking an Accounting Associate to ensure accuracy and compliance of statutory accounting, tax reporting and financial records.

You will execute local processes, maintain internal controls, and support period-end close under the Cluster Reporting Manager. You will coordinate with external stakeholders, oversee day-to-day accounting with a team, manage intercompany postings, and drive process improvements in the local ERP.

Qualifikationen

• Higher Education in Finance, Accounting or Administration MBA or equivalent educational background (desirable).
• 2 years in multinational companies in planning and financial analysis preferably experience in FMCG industry.
• Previous experience in data analysis, reporting and working in crossfunctional teams.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Excellent Knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge & experience with SAP and other Accounting System desired.

Aufgaben

• Process day-to-day accounting and ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Complete month-end close and JSOX controls; manage intercompany postings.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and identify control weaknesses.
• Optimize reporting and automate ERP processes.
