Metso Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Credit to Cash Accountant to join the Finance Mexico Team in Irapuato. You will handle AR, credit checks, collections, and month-end closing within a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

The role requires 1+ year in AR/credit, strong English, and ERP experience (SAP advantage). Hybrid work and global growth opportunities are available.

Formación

• 1+ years experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of AR and credit management processes.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Experience with SAP or ERP is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer accounts, monitor receivables, and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Perform credit checks, assess risk, and maintain customer credit limits.
• Drive collections activities and negotiate payment plans with customers.
• Allocate incoming payments and maintain accurate AR records.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies or disputes.
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting.
• Monitor AR KPIs (aging, DSO) and provide insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Whatyou’lldo

• 1+ years experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or similar role
• Strong understanding of AR and credit management processes
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to work in a cross-cultural international environment.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn and support process improvements.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• SAP or other ERP system knowledge is considered an advantage.
