Flowserve is seeking an Accountant Staff in Querétaro to support accounts payable, reconcile invoices, and run monthly reports. You will process PO/non-PO invoices, handle vendor queries, and assist with month-end closing in a team environment.

The role requires 1-3 years in finance, English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP. A degree in economics/finance is preferred and training will be provided.

• Address inquiries via email/phone and resolve discrepancies.
• Support transition activities and system implementation projects.

Your Role and ImpactAs an Accountant Staff, you will perform a variety of tasks and other financial activities within our organization, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable processes. This includes processing PO/non-PO invoices, reconciling vendor statements, following up on aged items handling inquiries, generating reports (such as Key Performance Indicators, GRNI, and AP Aging) and participating in the month-end closing procedures.
