JBT Marel Mexico is seeking an Accountant to support day-to-day Finance operations, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable and supplier invoicing.

You will review invoices, manage Concur expense reports, ensure policy compliance, and assist with month-end close and intercompany reconciliations.

Responsabilidades

• Review, validate and support processing of supplier invoices, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, accounting treatment and compliance with company policies.
• Manage and review Concur expense reports, including validation of receipts, business purpose, expense coding, approval flow and policy compliance.
• Support employee reimbursement processes and follow up on pending, rejected or incomplete expense reports.
• Support AP payment cycles, including invoice readiness, vendor follow-up, payment documentation and coordination with Treasury as needed.
• Review and follow up on vendor statements, open items, discrepancies and aging balances.
• Prepare and support monthly accruals, prepaid expenses and AP-related month-end close activities.
• Reconcile AP-related accounts and investigate financial discrepancies.
• Support intercompany reconciliations and follow up on open balances.
• Maintain proper audit trail and documentation for internal control, audit and local tax compliance purposes.
• Resolve queries from internal stakeholders, vendors, Finance, Procurement, Operations and other business areas.
