JBT Marel Corporation in San Andres Cholula, MX, is seeking an Accountant to support accounts payable and general finance operations onsite. You will review supplier invoices, manage Concur expenses, and assist with month-end close and intercompany reconciliations.

The role emphasizes compliance, audit readiness, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Review, validate and support the processing of supplier invoices, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, accounting treatment and compliance with company policies.
• Manage and review Concur expense reports, including validation of receipts, business purpose, expense coding, approval flow and policy compliance.
• Support employee reimbursement processes and follow up on pending, rejected or incomplete expense reports.
• Support AP payment cycles, including invoice readiness, vendor follow-up, payment documentation and coordination with Treasury as needed.
• Review and follow up on vendor statements, open items, discrepancies and aging balances.
• Prepare and support monthly accruals, prepaid expenses and AP-related month-end close activities.
• Reconcile AP-related accounts and investigate financial discrepancies.
• Support intercompany reconciliations and follow up on open balances.
• Maintain proper audit trail and documentation for internal control, audit and local tax compliance purposes.
• Resolve queries from internal stakeholders, vendors, Finance, Procurement, Operations and other business areas.
