Inmar Intelligence in Monterrey is seeking an Account Executive for Retail Settlement responsible for handling retailers’ data and providing meaningful analysis. The successful candidate will perform various tasks including chargeback research, variance analysis, and more, while enhancing client relationships.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in tools like Salesforce are essential for success in this office-based position.
This role is office-based in Mexico. The role requires professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
Under the general direction of a manager, the Account Executive, Retail Settlement strategically handles retailers’ data with an analytical viewpoint and understands how to proactively provide meaningful analysis. This is composed of but not limited to: chargeback research, variance analysis, industry trends, processing trends, and volume fluctuations. Through this analysis the Account Executive is responsible for growing Inmar’s relationship with priority clients by communicating effectively and client first mindset. The Account Executive works closely with the Manager on research projects, cross‑training, and data analysis initiatives.
Takes a long‑term view and builds a shared vision with others while positioning the organization for future success by identifying new opportunities, formulating objectives and priorities, and implementing plans consistent with the long‑term interest of the organization in a global environment.

Translates broad conceptual understanding of the company's strategy into a tactical plan of how it will happen including who will take on which tasks in what sequence, how long those tasks will take, how much the tasks cost, and how each task affects subsequent activities.
