TC Energy in Mexico City is seeking a Security Control Center Analyst to monitor travel and security events in a 24/7 environment, provide initial incident support, and coordinate with stakeholders.

You will use intelligence sources, CCTV, GPS, and notification platforms; maintain records; and support travelers while aligning with established protocols. The role requires a graduate or in progress, strong English, and travel security experience.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate or in titling process.
• Minimum 80% English level.
• 2 years’ experience in security travel management.
• 1 year administration experience is not mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Monitor business travel and security events in a 24/7 environment.
• Provide initial incident response and escalate emergencies per protocols.
• Maintain travel, personnel, and access-control records.
• Support travelers and international visitors with security coordination.
• Analyze open-source intelligence and share relevant info with the Mexico Security team.
• Operate the Business Travel Behavior Tracking dashboard and monitor CCTV systems; assist investigations.
