About the Role
Qawam is seeking a proactive and strategicBusiness Developerto lead our efforts in identifying growth opportunities, optimizing internal systems, and driving forward the center’s expansion goals. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, a systems thinker, and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced wellness-focused environment.
As a Business Developer, you will play a central role in shaping Qawam’s future—by enhancing internal performance, maximizing revenue opportunities, and helping establish a sustainable path for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Opportunity Hunting
- Identify and analyzelost or missed business opportunities, such as canceled clients, unconverted leads, or underutilized services.
- Developdata-driven strategiesto re-engage lost clients and improve client retention and satisfaction.
- Propose new revenue streams, service improvements, or client touchpoints to increase market presence.
Operational & Strategic Insight
- Review current internal processes and systems toidentify bottlenecks, gaps, or inefficiencies.
- Design and implement improvement strategies that enhance the overall client journey and backend workflows.
- Collaborate with the management team to align growth plans with Qawam’s long-term vision.
Vendor & Collaboration Development
- Research and recommendexternal service providers, platforms, or technologiesthat can boost performance (e.g., automation, marketing, CRM integrations).
- Initiate and manage collaborations with freelancers, agencies, and partners to support campaigns, marketing, and tech enhancements.
Reporting & Recommendations
- Track KPIs related to business growth (conversion, retention, cancellation rates).
- Provideactionable weekly and monthly reportswith insights, risks, and suggestions.
- Monitor competitor trends and industry shifts to keep Qawam ahead of the curve.

- Fluency in English and arabic
