Job summary

Americana Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Kuwait City to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth, efficient operations.

You will supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch, while coaching staff to hit performance targets and maintain stock accuracy. The role requires strong leadership, inventory knowledge, and collaboration with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse procedures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
