Job summary

LGTC HR Development Consulting Kuwait City is seeking a responsible, organized Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure work is completed efficiently and to company standards.

You will coordinate the team, monitor attendance and performance, train employees, handle issue resolution, and report to management while maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized workplace.
