Job summary

TALENT RADAR is looking for a Warehouse Manager in Kuwait City. The successful candidate will define replenishment frequencies, manage staff planning, coordinate inventory control processes, and communicate effectively with management. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate receiving of goods, maintaining efficient stock rotation, and overseeing the Warehouse Team. This role requires strong organizational skills and effective communication with local customs authorities.

Responsibilities

• Define optimal replenishment frequency by shop.
• Staff planning for delivery days and special sales days.
• Coordinate inventory control processes with regular updates and reviews.
• Communicate inventory status to Area Retail Manager and Shop Manager.
• Initiate reorder procedures and eliminate excess stock.
• Monitor correct receiving of goods and address discrepancies.
• Ensure that every item moved can be scanned at tills.
• Monitor transfer order process and stock expiration.
• Maintain warehouse efficiently and properly.
• Communicate with local customs authorities.
• Organize physical inventories.
• Process damaged and defective goods promptly.
• Promote loss prevention awareness to protect company assets.
• Supervise Warehouse Team.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Define optimal replenishment frequency by shop
• Staff planning in order to cover special needs on delivery days and strong sales days
• Coordinate all inventory control processes through regular updates from subordinates and reviews of inventory reports
• Communicate inventory status and activities to Area Retail Manager and Shop Manager
• Initiate reorder procedures, as well as elimination of stock
• Monitor the correct receiving of goods and inform logistic assistants in case of discrepancies
• Make sure that every item moved to the shops can be scanned at tills
• Monitor transfer order process
• Control expiring date and ensure efficient stock rotation
• Organize and maintain warehouse in a efficient and proper way
• Communicate with local custom authorities
• Organize and plan physical inventories
• Make sure damaged and defective goods are processed in a timely, accurate manner
• Assist in protecting company assets through promoting awareness of loss prevention
• Supervision of Warehouse Team
