Job summary

LGTC HR Development Consulting is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will coordinate with suppliers and drivers, maintain records, and uphold safety standards to keep the warehouse efficient.

Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to handle multiple tasks are essential. Experience with inventory control and MS Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel and inventory management systems.
• Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

• Physically capable of assisting with warehouse activities when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Organize and maintain proper storage of goods to ensure efficient space utilization.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare and update inventory reports, delivery records, and warehouse documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, purchasing teams, and other departments regarding deliveries and stock requirements.
• Monitor order fulfilment and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and security within the warehouse.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
