Job summary

Alghanim Industries in Kuwait is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage various warehouse operations. You will coordinate with the clearance team, showrooms, and systems processing of inbound/outbound documentation.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining stock reports in SAP, issuing transfer orders, handling goods receipts, put-away lists, and supporting supervisors with showroom coordination and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in a similar high‑volume distribution role.
• Strong PC skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with KPI reporting and control procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Supervisor’s In‑charge in all system transactions reports / activities.
• Create and maintain different stock related reports using SAP databases.
• Coordinate with clearance team to prepare notifications of arriving containers.
• Receive and print Goods receipt vouchers.
• Create and print put-away lists.
• Create and confirm outgoing transfer orders.
• Clear inbound of customer and showroom returns.
• Admin tasks for warehouse network; troubleshoot hardware/software.
• Handle customer picking and printing of Driver's jobs.
• Follow up with Showrooms for Pending STS.
• Prepare distributions on special requests from Product Managers/Showrooms.
• Prepare reports for checking of Picking/Put-away.
• Perform Post goods issue and handle BU requests.
• Create/update Inbound Shipping Schedule and KPI monthly reports.
• Update ASNs on arrival with Bin Locations and quantities.
• Send Stock Receipt Confirmations noting shortages/excess/damage.
• Assume other warehouse roles as assigned by management.
