Job summary

Alghanim Industries Kuwait is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead shift activities for inbound and outbound operations, ensuring accurate receiving, barcoding, and putaway in line with KPI targets.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with Fleet for container status, and promote SAP training while driving continuous improvements in inbound processes and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Technical experience of managing inbound warehouse activities.
• User knowledge of warehouse management systems and MHE capabilities.
• Highly PC literate with MS Office applications.
• Thorough understanding of KPI reporting and control procedures.
• Able to manage a large multicultural workforce with strong communication.
• Demonstrates leadership and safety-conscious behavior.

Responsibilities

• Shift management of inbound/outbound operations.
• Ensure inbound inventory is captured in the system prior to offloading.
• Maintain and organize daily shift rota of personnel.
• Plan resources for offloading and putaway.
• Lead on health & safety and drive cost-conscious operations.
• Provide daily KPI reports and support management reviews.
• Coordinate with Fleet for container status to avoid delays.
